Chadwicks’ Customer Care Administrator, Vicki Slater, is celebrating 25 years’ service with the company.

Vicki started her career at Chadwicks in the export department before moving across to customer care to manage the company’s UK based accounts. A move which enabled her to have more flexible working arrangements to fit around her family.

Commenting on her 25 years’ service Vicki said: “I am proud to have reached such a significant milestone with a company that has been consistently supportive throughout my career, and where I have always felt respected and valued for the role that I do.

“I love my job. Every day is different and as a business we are evolving all the time. I have seen so many changes over the years. When I first joined Chadwicks, everything we produced was aluminium and then as the ‘plastic revolution’ took hold we saw the introduction of PET lidding which became the number one choice for many customers. And today, we are seeing an increasing demand for environmentally friendly lidding, and a return to aluminium.”
