Plastic, aluminium or paper, die-cut lids are used across a range of packaging pots and containers for dairy, beverage, confectionary and snack products. Produced with only a 0.25mm excess on pot size, die-cut lids provide a much neater and more professional pack than other sealing processes such as ‘cut & seal’ systems.   Market leading pre-cut lid and shrink sleeve manufacturer Chadwicks of Bury (part of the Clondalkin Group), has developed an aluminium lidding material to seal to glass. Developed in-house by Chadwicks, the decorative lids have been produced for a new premium yogurt range from Alston Dairy.
