UV Flexo Print Quality

Our eight-colour MPS Flexo press means that we can deliver the best quality print via UV Flexo technology. UV cured inks allow a very small dot size to be printed, allowing exceptional gravure standard print quality at a fraction of the origination costs involved.

UV HD printing is an extremely cost effective solution on small to medium length print runs.

Die Cut Lid Conversion

We have 50 cutting presses at our disposal – the largest number in Europe – as well as access to over 300 tool sizes, making us capable of supplying lids in more than 300 shapes and sizes. We have quirky tools such as heart shapes that are ideal for promotional products. More practical tools, such as a twin compartment lid with centre perforations, or one that provides two peel tabs for easy opening, are also available.

Customers can reduce costs by gaining access to a vast collection of existing cut dies, giving the ultimate in flexibility and fast turnaround. If there isn’t a tool that’s right for your product, we will create a new one.

Our latest state-of-the-art Berhalter cutting press provides unrivalled product quality and output, whilst our Remele cutting presses deliver greater flexibility, without compromising on quality.
